The Musky or Musky is known as the Muskellunge, Muscallonge, Malliganong or Maskinonge. It is the top freshwater predator native to north America. The largest Muskie caught weight 61.25 lbs, it is as heavy as an average 9 years old child.

Musky usually spawn in the mid-late spring, spawning usually last 5 to 10 days that occurs mainly at night.

When it comes to spawning they prefer a sand bottom or rock bottom rather than the mud bottom for the reason that their eggs can sank into a muddy bottom and suffocate.

They are one of the fish species that doesn't migrate and have a life span of 30 years.

Hi everyone, welcome to our website. I am a Filipino currently living in the United States with my husband. I do some crochet, sewing and knitting as a hobby while my husband plays in a band as a guitarist.
