Report of Marriage

If this is the first time you heard about this it is because you dont need them until then. If you are applying for dual citizenship this is one of the requierements. Now you only need them if you and your spouse were married here in the states.

Here are the requirements needed to get this document:


1. Four(4) copies of Report of Marriage form. Printed and signed by you and your spouse.

or go to the consulate website nearest you.

2. Four (4) Photocopies of your Marriage Certificate. Bring the original with you.

3.Four (4) photocopies of both of you and your spouse passport.

4.Four Photocopies of either your greencard, US Naturalization Certificate ( If Citizen) or US Visa

5.Four (4) photocopies of the Birth Certificates of both of you and your spouse

6. Two (2) originals and two (2) photocopies of notarized AFFIDAVIT OF DELAYED REGISTRATION .

Or go to the consulate's website nearest you.



7.Self-addressed return envelope, with appropriate stamps for express or priority mail with tracking numbers via US Postal Service( Except Fedex). Only if you want them mailed back to you.


8. Processing fee of $25.00 (non-refundable). Cash or money order payable to the consulate you are getting the document from.
